Conversations for Change
(50 dialog circles x 5 weeks) + 1 Action Plan Forum = A chance for real change.
February 4 – March 11. Pilot Conversations for Change launched in the South Bronx. Three facilitated small group dialogues between police and community leaders ran for 5 weeks. In the end these safe arenas paved the way for shared understanding and common action toward real solutions.
Participants of the Pilot round of Conversations are now organizing community-wide dialogues to launch October 8, 2009.
